One baby in ten is born premature. Worldwide celebrity, Celine Dion lends her voice to support World Prematurity Day. She says:
“It makes me sad that each year, 15 million babies are born too soon. All babies deserve time to grow and develop before they are born. It is up to all of us to make this happen.”
November 17 is World Prematurity Day, a chance to raise awareness about the topic of prematurity on a local, national and international level. Join in and show your support for preterm children, together with parents’ organisations, associations, societies, healthcare professionals as well as companies and individuals.
